  1. Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payments.
  2. Work closely with the billing department to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  4. Utilize various methods of communication, such as phone calls and emails, to collect payments from customers.
  5. Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay their full balance.

  8. Monitor and report on delinquent accounts and provide recommendations for further action.
