Previous Experience In Collections Or Customer Service: A Successful Candidate For A Collections Agent Position At Fedex Should Have Previous Experience In Collections, Customer Service, Or A Related Field. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation In Dealing With Customers And Handling Difficult Situations.
Proficient In Negotiation And Communication Skills: As A Collections Agent, The Ability To Negotiate Payment Arrangements And Communicate Effectively With Customers Is Crucial.
