Compliance Specialist

You will be part of the Process Excellence (PEx) team working in Second Line IT compliance assurance. This will entail reviewing the effectiveness of management controls across the FedEx estate. You will develop and leverage strong relationships with IT audit teams, Global IT and business management to conduct compliance assurance reviews. You will be required to document gaps in compliance and track these through to resolution. Supplementary reporting will also be required for management. Where possible, you will look to foster best practice ensuring this is relayed across the global IT estate. You will be expected to identify trends through analysis ensuring these are flagged to appropriate management. There will be an expectation that you will provide input into the Assurance Plan. Coaching and mentoring other members of the team will be expected.
