  1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for all computer systems and equipment used at FedEx.
  2. Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
  4. Diagnose and repair computer malfunctions, including network connectivity issues.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new technological solutions.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and equipment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
  8. Provide technical support and assistance to employees using computer systems and equipment.

Job Qualifications
