  1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for computers and devices within the company network.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  3. Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions and perform upgrades as needed.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions for technical issues.
  5. Communicate technical information and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of computer equipment, ensuring timely replacement and upgrades.
  7. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on proper use of computer systems and software.
  10. Document all technical procedures and processes for future reference.
  11. Collaborate with IT team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Follow proper safety protocols when handling and repairing computer equipment.
