  1. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all computer systems and equipment used by FedEx employees.

  3. Install and configure new computer systems and software, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies, identifying and reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
  6. Train and assist employees with the use of computer systems and software, providing technical support as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and updates performed on computer systems.
  9. Adhere to company security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information and prevent data breaches.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates on technology issues and solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Computer Technician At Fedex Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science To Understand The Technical Aspects Of The Job.
