  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on projects and issues.
  13. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  15. Uphold FedEx's commitment to customer service excellence by providing timely and efficient technical support.
