  1. Facilitate customs clearance process: Ensure timely and compliant customs clearance for all shipments by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
  2. Stay updated on customs regulations: Keep abreast of the latest customs regulations and requirements to ensure compliance and avoid delays in the customs clearance process.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to gather necessary information and documentation for customs clearance.
  4. Communicate with external parties: Liaise with customs authorities, brokers, and other external parties to resolve any issues or inquiries related to customs clearance.
  5. Maintain accurate records: Keep accurate and organized records of all customs-related documentation, including import/export permits, licenses, and certificates.
  6. Ensure timely delivery: Monitor the movement of goods and work proactively to identify and resolve any potential delays in customs clearance.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding customs clearance, providing timely and accurate updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Troubleshoot problems: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues in the customs clearance process to ensure timely and smooth movement of goods.
  9. Continuously improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement them, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  10. Adhere to company policies: Follow all company policies and procedures related to customs clearance and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customs And Trade Compliance Within The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations And Customs Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Using Customs Software Systems And Other Relevant Technology.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
