  9. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates on the status of shipments and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Train and educate other team members on customs regulations and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  11. Participate in audits and investigations related to customs compliance and provide necessary support and documentation.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner while interacting with customs officials and other external stakeholders.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate customs clearance processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new regulations related to international trade.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Customs Compliance, Import/Export Regulations, And Trade Compliance.

  • Knowledge Of International Trade, Customs Procedures, And Government Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Teams And Global Clients.
