  1. Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations.
  2. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.
  3. Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  4. Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
  5. Confirm correct delivery addresses and contact information for each package.
  6. Provide friendly and professional customer service while delivering packages.
  7. Communicate any delivery delays or issues to customers and superiors.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery confirmations and receipts.
  9. Inspect delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of deliveries.
  11. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery processes and protocols.
  14. Continuously monitor and report any changes or updates in delivery schedules or routes.
  15. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve delivery skills and techniques.
  16. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
