  1. Deliver packages to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  3. Operate delivery vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
  4. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicle according to delivery route.
  5. Plan and organize delivery route to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
  6. Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns.
  7. Adhere to company procedures for handling and delivering packages.
  8. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including any delays or issues.
  9. Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
  10. Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the delivery center.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  12. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
  13. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
  14. Continuously strive to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record: A Delivery Swing Driver At Fedex Must Possess A Valid Driver's License For The State They Will Be Working In, Along With A Clean Driving Record. This Ensures The Safety Of The Driver, The Packages, And Other Drivers On The Road.

  • Ability To Lift And Move Packages Up To 75Lbs: The Job Of A Delivery Swing Driver Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Loading And Unloading Packages From The Delivery Vehicle. Candidates Must Be Able To Lift And Move Packages Weighing Up To 75Lbs Without Any Difficulty.

  • Familiarity With Delivery Routes And Navigation: A Delivery Swing Driver Should Be Familiar With The Local Delivery Routes And Have A Good Sense Of Direction. They Should Also Be Comfortable Using Navigation Tools Such As Gps To Find The Most Efficient Routes For Timely Deliveries.

  • Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills: Delivering Packages On Time Is A Crucial Aspect Of This Job. Candidates Should Have Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills To Ensure That All Packages Are Delivered Within The Designated Time Frame.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Delivery Swing Driver, You Will Be Representing The Fedex Brand And Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential To Provide A Positive Experience For Customers And Maintain Good Relationships With Them.
