  1. Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
  2. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
  3. Load and unload packages from the vehicle in a timely and organized manner.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to customers.
  5. Use handheld devices to track and update delivery statuses.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
  9. Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate supervisor.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure all packages are delivered on time.
  11. Follow established delivery routes and schedules.
  12. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
