- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and documents to various locations.
- Plan and organize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Accurately scan and record all packages and documents, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.
- Handle and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and making deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Continuously monitor and report any changes or delays in delivery schedules.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With A Clean Driving Record: A Delivery Swing Driver At Fedex Must Have A Valid Cdl With Relevant Endorsements, Such As Hazmat Or Doubles/Triples, And A Clean Driving Record To Ensure Safe And Efficient Delivery.
Experience In Commercial Driving: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Commercial Driving, Preferably With A Delivery Or Transportation Company. This Experience Allows Drivers To Handle Various Road And Weather Conditions And Navigate Efficiently.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: Delivery Swing Drivers Are Required To Load And Unload Packages Weighing Up To 75 Pounds, As Well As Walk, Bend, And Climb Stairs Multiple Times During Their Shift. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Have The Stamina To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As The Face Of Fedex To Customers, A Delivery Swing Driver Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Courteous, Professional, And Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Coworkers.
Knowledge Of Dot Regulations And Safety Protocols: Delivery Swing Drivers Are Responsible For Complying With All Department Of Transportation (Dot) Regulations And Fedex Safety Protocols. Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Follow Them To Ensure The Safety Of Themselves, Their Cargo, And Others On The Road.
