  1. Load and unload packages and freight from trucks and conveyor belts.
  2. Sort and organize packages and freight according to destination and delivery time.
  3. Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and transport packages and freight.
  4. Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of packages and freight.
  5. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while handling packages and freight.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  10. Meet strict deadlines and handle time-sensitive materials with care.
  11. Continuously monitor and report on the status of packages and freight throughout the shipping process.
  12. Follow proper handling procedures for fragile and hazardous materials.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping and handling process.
  14. Maintain accurate records of shipments and assist with inventory management.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency in the handling of packages and freight.
