6. Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and making job offers.
7. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
8. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
11. Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
13. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across all departments.
14. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
