- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and recommend appropriate actions or resolutions.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development needs through training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across all departments.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment, promoting open communication and a positive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Labor Laws, Ada, And Eeoc.
Experience In Recruitment, Onboarding, And Employee Relations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Different Levels Of Employees.
