
HRIS Advisor
The HRIS Advisor leads the HRIS function from a technical perspective and ensures operational efficiency aligns with FedEx Custom Critical’s strategic objectives and Human Resource (HR) specific goals. This role leads HRIS system design, development, configuration, administration, project management, communications, and training. This position ensures the organization has trusted and business ready HR data that is valid, accurate, and complete in order to support HR reporting and analytics. Extracts information from the HRIS systems and HRIT Data Hub to develop and create reports in support of HR analytics. Provides solutions to various business challenges leveraging available technology solutions. Identifies system design or process challenges and resolves workflow and data integrity issues. Leads data quality and data audit processes and practices. Drives efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions. Develops, reviews, and updates system documentation.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR Systems Experience.
5 or more years of experience in systems administration with strong understanding of HR data and processes.
Ability to promote and sell HR business solutions and lead change while professionally representing the company.
Proven ability to accept responsibility for the effective planning, direction and control of an activity.
