  1. Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations for equipment and vehicles, ensuring their safety, reliability, and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and supplies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Company.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Achieving Operational Goals.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Procedures For A Variety Of Equipment, Including Trucks, Forklifts, And Conveyor Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And External Vendors.
