  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all FedEx facilities, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks and projects as needed.
  4. Monitor and track maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are met and customer service is not impacted.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  8. Develop and manage maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  9. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety regulations.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to maintenance processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on maintenance operations.
  12. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for cost-saving measures and process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Maintenance Service Manager At Fedex Should Possess Technical Expertise In Areas Such As Mechanical, Electrical, And Computer Systems. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Equipment Maintenance And Repair Processes.
