  1. Develop and implement maintenance and repair strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operation of facilities and equipment.
  2. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  4. Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
  5. Oversee the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and obtaining competitive pricing for maintenance supplies and services.
  7. Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technological innovations to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among maintenance staff.
  13. Handle any escalated maintenance issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Facilities Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Coordinate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Processes And Procedures.

  • Experience With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Maintenance Software.
