Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Or Process Improvement Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Iso Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Experience In Project Management And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives Across Multiple Departments Or Locations.
