Work closely with cross-functional partners to define project scope, timing, budget (where applicable) and required approvals. Manage and execute integrated marketing projects from kickoff through rollout and retrospectives; drive the process while serving as the point of contact for internal teams to ensure all deliverables and components are on track, within scope and in line with KPIs. Facilitate, along with marketing and/or design team, project kickoffs, creative reviews and status meetings. Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders and Legal team to manage contract, budget and invoice approvals. Develop and own project timelines, manage deployment of multiple work streams on project management tools. Monitor projects, report progress and quality of work; proactively manage issue resolution, recognize when things veer off course and escalate to senior leadership as necessary.
