- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery services, including tracking shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for delivery needs.
- Communicate regularly with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Identify and address any potential issues or delays in delivery schedules, and work to find solutions to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure a seamless delivery process and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery schedules, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new delivery drivers, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the delivery process.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Act as a point of contact for any delivery-related inquiries or concerns from customers, addressing them promptly and professionally.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Logistics Software.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Relevant Experience In Operations And Logistics Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Transportation And Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
