  1. Process incoming packages accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and packages are sorted according to destination.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks, following proper handling and safety procedures.
  3. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move packages within the facility.
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
  5. Communicate any issues or concerns with packages to supervisors in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety and cleanliness protocols.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns regarding package delivery.
  8. Continuously monitor package tracking systems to ensure packages are delivered on time and to the correct recipient.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to package handling, safety, and confidentiality.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve performance and understanding of company processes.
