  1. Sort and organize packages based on delivery location and priority.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks.
  3. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move packages.
  4. Ensure accurate scanning and labeling of packages.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding package handling and delivery.
  7. Meet daily and weekly quotas for package processing.
  8. Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues with packages.
  9. Continuously monitor and adhere to delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  10. Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  11. Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and fragile packages.
  12. Maintain accurate records of packages handled and delivered.
  13. Assist in training new Package Handlers.
  14. Identify and report any damaged or missing packages.
  15. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
  16. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth package handling processes.
  17. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
