  1. Sort and scan packages according to destination and delivery time frame.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks or aircrafts.
  3. Operate equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move packages.
  4. Ensure packages are handled with care and in accordance with safety protocols.
  5. Maintain accurate records of package information and tracking numbers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient package processing.
  7. Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service when needed.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  9. Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  10. Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job performance.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Assist in other duties as assigned by management.

  • Physical Strength And Stamina: Package Handlers Must Be Able To Lift And Move Heavy Packages (Up To 75 Pounds) Repeatedly Throughout Their Shift, Often In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have The Physical Endurance To Stand, Walk, And Bend For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Attention To Detail: As Package Handlers Are Responsible For Sorting And Organizing Packages, It Is Crucial That They Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Packages Are Routed To The Correct Destination And Are Handled With Care.

  • Time Management Skills: With Strict Delivery Deadlines, Package Handlers Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Manage Their Time Effectively To Ensure Packages Are Processed And Loaded Onto The Correct Delivery Vehicles In A Timely Manner.

  • Teamwork And Communication: Package Handlers Work As Part Of A Team, So It Is Important That They Can Communicate Effectively And Work Collaboratively With Their Colleagues To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Operations.
