  1. Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and conveyor belts.
  2. Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery route.
  3. Lift and move packages of various sizes and weights, following proper lifting and safety protocols.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to assist with moving packages.
  5. Scan, label, and track packages using handheld scanners and computer systems.
  6. Meet daily quotas and deadlines for package processing and delivery.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Identify and report any damaged or missing packages.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of packages.
  11. Adapt to changes in workload and schedules as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
  13. Work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  15. Attend and participate in training and development programs as needed.
