  1. Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery method.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  3. Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Meet daily productivity goals and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  8. Handle and process packages with care to prevent damage and loss.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high quality service standards.
  10. Assist in other areas of the facility as needed to support overall operations.
  11. Continuously monitor and report any issues or concerns to management.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Flexibility to work different shifts and extended hours as needed to meet business demands.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: Package Handlers Must Be Able To Lift And Carry Packages Weighing Up To 75 Pounds On A Regular Basis, As Well As Stand, Bend, And Reach For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In The Package Handling Process To Ensure That The Correct Packages Are Delivered To The Right Locations. Package Handlers Must Be Able To Pay Close Attention To Labels And Tracking Numbers.

  • Time Management Skills: Fedex Operates On Strict Delivery Schedules, So Package Handlers Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment To Ensure Packages Are Loaded And Unloaded On Time.

  • Teamwork And Collaboration: Package Handlers Often Work In Teams To Load And Unload Packages From Trucks And Sort Them For Delivery. They Must Be Able To Communicate And Coordinate With Their Team Members To Ensure Smooth And Timely Operations.
