  1. Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes and schedules.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks.
  3. Scan and track packages using electronic devices.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for lifting and moving packages.
  5. Ensure accuracy and proper handling of all packages to prevent damage or loss.
  6. Collaborate with team members to efficiently process and deliver packages.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Meet productivity goals and deadlines.
  10. Adapt to changes in delivery schedules or procedures.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and addressing any issues or concerns.
  12. Report any issues or discrepancies with packages to supervisors.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Continuously improve processes and suggest ideas for efficiency and productivity.
