  1. Safely and efficiently load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
  2. Sort packages according to destination and delivery schedule.
  3. Ensure accurate labeling and scanning of packages for tracking purposes.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
  5. Meet productivity standards and handle a high volume of packages in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Assist in resolving any delivery issues or discrepancies.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of fragile or hazardous materials.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  11. Adhere to strict delivery schedules and deadlines.
  12. Continuously monitor package quality and address any damages or discrepancies.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance job performance.
  14. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the FedEx brand.
