- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected and processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee records and information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor and track employee performance evaluations and provide support to managers as needed.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador for FedEx, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
