
Product Manager - Personalization
Drive insights into consumer personas, their problems, shopping motivations and behaviors, to consistently improve our products through relevant and contextual experiences. Analyze and derive insights from on-site behavior, order data and other sources of consumer data to identify opportunities for experience personalization. Identify new data sources that would enhance our personalization capabilities. Work with data science and engineering teams to incorporate new data sources into prediction models. Define metrics to assess success and failure of products. Monitor and measure launched products to maintain a learning loop and continuously optimize delivered products. Engage with market trends and conduct ongoing evaluations of comparable product offerings, identifying opportunities for refining the product strategy and improving the customer experience.
3+ years of product management (or related experience) working on personalization, machine learning, recommendations, or similar
