  1. Manage daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely processing of orders and shipments.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and restocking products.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  8. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new retail staff.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for retail employees.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for improving the retail store's operations and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Position At Fedex Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Retail Assistant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Leading A Team Of Retail Associates. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.

Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Necessary To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Procedures: A Retail Assistant Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Sales, Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Retail Procedures, Such As Opening And Closing The Store, Cash Handling, And Managing Employee Schedules.

  • Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced Environment: Retail Environments Can Be Fast-Paced And Require The Ability To Multitask And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
