Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Position At Fedex Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.
