  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Lead by example and provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Train and develop retail store employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  8. Assist in managing and controlling operational costs and maximize profitability for the retail store.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement new initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations.
  10. Serve as a role model and mentor for team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and advance within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts And Issues That May Arise.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Handling Customer Complaints And Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers.

  • Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Fedex Products And Services: Familiarity With Fedex Products And Services, Including Shipping And Printing Services, Is Preferred.
