  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with tracking and tracing packages, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and providing accurate shipment information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of FedEx policies and procedures in order to accurately assist customers and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the FedEx brand in a positive light.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in FedEx policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
