  1. Greet and welcome customers to the service center in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Assist customers with shipments, tracking, and other inquiries related to FedEx services and products.
  4. Process shipments and ensure accurate and timely delivery by following company procedures and protocols.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized service center to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed.
  7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
