  4. Process and prepare packages for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized service center to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  6. Monitor and track incoming and outgoing packages to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the service center.
  8. Utilize computer systems and software to process orders and track packages.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer service experience and provide feedback to management for improvement.
  12. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  13. Assist with training new team members and provide support to colleagues when needed.
