  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Process and track customer shipments accurately and efficiently.
  4. Assist with loading and unloading packages and shipments.
  5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  11. Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
  12. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  13. Provide support for other service center roles as needed.
  14. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
  15. Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
