  3. Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  4. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service center.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
  7. Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop a thorough understanding of FedEx systems and procedures to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
