  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipping services, pricing, and delivery options.
  4. Process customer shipments and handle all necessary paperwork.
  5. Ensure that all customer information is accurately entered into the system.
  6. Assist customers with tracking their packages and resolving any delivery issues.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely processing of customer shipments.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  11. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
  12. Educate customers on additional FedEx services and products.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for FedEx, representing the company in a positive manner.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
