Extensive Experience In Front-End Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Front-End Development, Including Expertise In Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Modern Front-End Frameworks Such As React Or Angular.
Leadership Skills: As A Lead Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Front-End Developers. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Mentorship, And Promote A Positive Work Culture.
