  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's procurement needs.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers who can provide high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
  3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  4. Monitor and maintain supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and resolving any issues that may arise.

  12. Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency in sourcing initiatives.
  13. Comply with all legal and ethical standards in sourcing activities.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and stay updated on industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Sourcing, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices, Including Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, And Cost Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Cost-Saving Opportunities And Drive Process Improvements.
