For projects assigned, lead the implementation, from start to finish, of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within company distribution facilities. For projects assigned, evaluate and plan that the correct resources are assigned to the implementation team. Review and provide feedback on implementation plans from implementation analysts as needed. Provide leadership within you implementation community for the validation and completion of the entire process. Work with design teams to make sure all documentation is up to date and of the quality needed and follows the SDLC process. Assist IT leadership in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
