We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Supv-Fleet Maintenance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition for safe and efficient operation.   1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all fleet vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation vehicles.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure all vehicles are in top condition.
  3. Supervise a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  5. Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  6. Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
  7. Monitor and track maintenance and repair costs to ensure budget compliance.
  8. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the maintenance team.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques to improve fleet maintenance processes.
  11. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehicles.
  12. Communicate with upper management regarding any significant maintenance issues or concerns.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and environmental regulations.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Fleet Maintenance: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Maintaining A Fleet Of Vehicles, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Vehicle Repair And Maintenance: Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Repair And Maintenance Techniques, Including But Not Limited To Engines, Transmissions, Brakes, And Electrical Systems.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Technicians, Including Scheduling, Performance Management, And Training.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: Effective Communication Skills To Collaborate With Other Departments, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems In A Timely Manner.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Ability To Work In A Constantly Changing Environment And Adapt To New Processes And Procedures As Needed. Willingness To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Required In A 24/7 Operation.
