
Value Stream Business Architect
Engages with Portfolio business architects, business and IT Value Stream owners, IT partners; other stakeholders to understand and document FXL strategy for a Value Stream to: Target capabilities, conduct a current state assessment for contextual rationale and level of change effort, and make recommendations on transition plan with sequencing. Collaborates with Portfolio Business Architects and Services IT Architects to apply architectural principles to break down FXL Portfolio epics into actionable capability groupings for the Value Stream teams. Leads collaboration efforts with Business and IT architecture community to apply architectural principles to translate Value Stream goals and needs into actionable roadmaps for the Value Stream. Supports the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process by further breaking down the portfolio epics during the epic review and analysis into smaller, Portfolio backlog bundles of work that can be consumed by SAFe Value Streams.
Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps, deconstructing complex concepts
Five (5) years preferred experience in a role with demonstrated strategic and technical impact in large organizational-wide projects.
Certification in Business Architecture preferred.
In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise.
