  1. Safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load packages onto delivery trucks.
  2. Operate various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move packages within the warehouse.
  3. Ensure accuracy in scanning and labeling packages for proper sorting and delivery.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate package handling and deliveries.
  6. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
  9. Assist in the training of new team members and provide support to colleagues when needed.
  10. Identify and report any issues or problems with packages, equipment, or processes to supervisors.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and meet customer demands.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of package handling activities.
  15. Take ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of packages to customers.
