  1. Sort and organize incoming packages according to destination and delivery schedule.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks using proper lifting and handling techniques.
  3. Use hand-held scanners and other equipment to track and record package information.
  4. Ensure all packages are properly labeled and addressed for accurate delivery.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and timely attendance.
  8. Meet productivity goals and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate package delivery.
  9. Identify and report any damaged packages or potential safety hazards.
  10. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  12. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  14. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the FedEx brand.

  • Basic Math And Computer Skills: Package Handlers Need To Have Basic Math Skills To Accurately Count And Sort Packages. They Should Also Be Comfortable Using Computer Systems And Handheld Scanners To Track And Process Packages. Basic Computer Skills Are Also Necessary For Logging Packages And Generating Shipping Labels.
