  1. Receive and process incoming packages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery route.
  3. Load and unload packages from delivery trucks using equipment such as forklifts and conveyor belts.
  4. Scan and track packages using company technology.
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  6. Communicate any issues or delays with packages to the appropriate team members.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery deadlines.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with package inquiries.
  10. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals.
  11. Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying packages up to 75 lbs.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the warehouse.
  13. Maintain accurate records of packages and shipments.
