  1. Sort and organize incoming packages according to designated routes and delivery destinations.
  2. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper placement and secure packaging.
  3. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move packages and materials.
  4. Use handheld scanners and computer systems to track and update package information.
  5. Ensure accuracy in package counts and labeling to prevent delivery errors.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate package handling and delivery schedules.
  8. Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
  9. Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  11. Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by management.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company standards and comply with all regulations and laws related to package handling and delivery.
  14. Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes in the warehouse.
  15. Help with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by management.
