Manufactured Housing Unit Leader

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Manufactured Housing Unit Leader to join the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) team. This position is responsible for providing guidance and technical assistance to state, local, tribal and territorial governments in the development of state, local and tribal manufactured housing unit (MHU) programs. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in the MHU field and be deeply committed to FEMA’s mission.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, emergency management, business management or a related field.• At least seven years of experience in the field of manufactured housing units.• Knowledge of state and local programs related to manufactured housing units.• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a staff and/or teams.• Excellent writing and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to interact with all levels of government, including federal, state, local and tribal governments.If you are a highly organized and motivated emergency manager looking to make a difference in the lives of those affected by disasters, then this is the job for you.
