Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and innovative automotive exterior designs that capture customer preferences and market trends
2. Utilize advanced knowledge of color and material design to create attractive colors and materials for Fiat USA vehicles
3. Work with the exterior design team to ensure designs are meeting project requirements and deadlines
4. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to ensure designs remain competitive
5. Develop detailed presentations and sketches to communicate design concepts to team members and stakeholders
6. Provide guidance and support to junior designers on design principles and techniques
7. Participate in design reviews and present design concepts to senior management
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
